I used to take my pound puppy Rusty there before she passed on. She always came out looking superb with a smile on her face. I am taking our new pound puppy there tomorrow. Never a problem. Please, please, please think about adopting a dog instead of spending your hard earned money on one. Thousands are killed every day because you don't.

They are so very nice there and did a really awesome job on my two shipoo's there and they take such good care of them and they always look wonderful after they have been groomed! The owners and staff are really nice and helpful, I highly recommend Sebastiens!! I won't go anywhere else!

I've been there a couple of times. first time was not great with the groomer Kim who left my dogs looking untidy and when i watched thru the windows she walked around the grooming area with an unpleasant look on her face. second time i had a different groomer ( young and blond) who seemed happy and as though she enjoyed her work. my dogs were clean and well groomed. Will return if I can get the right groomer

I have taken my two cockapoos to Sebastians three times and will not go back. When I called to make the appointment for today, I was told to bring them in at 9:30. When I stopped by at 4:00, they were not ready and was told to come back at 5:00. I told the receptionist that I would have appreciated a call as to the lengthy time and that I was told to bring them in at 9:30. I was simply going to take them and leave at 4:00, but she said they had been shampooed and the grooming started (although they were not in the grooming room or in a holding kennel. And, when I went to pick them up and explained once again the extended length of time and that I would have expected a courtesy phone call, I was presented with a bill for $100.00 - $10.00 higher than the last visit and no discount for their lack of customer service. Won't be going back!

I have never been disappointed. I trust this place with my dogs and know that everytime I take them there they will come home looking and feeling wonderful!
