Would not recommend - a comedy of errors for a firm that should not make any.



They provided our family an incorrect return that would have cost us thousands of dollars if we had not caught the error. The mistake involved mortgage interest deductions, which one would expect a detail-oriented firm to prioritize on a homeowner's tax return.



Their response was arrogant and defensive and they seemed more interested in getting paid for their time than in good customer service.



During this time, the owner of the firm accidentally emailed us information pertaining to another client's tax return.
