Your in good hands, speak up and do not leave being dissatisfied. This does not accomplish a thing, I know I did it. Dr. Lall is fantastic and listens. One practice I would like to see is the Botox used as I do have bruxism and I was turned down for its use.

Lake Mary Dental(LMD) should not be a dental office (healthcare) they should be Car dealer. I absolutely agree with Jessica S.. First they try to sell you a tooth brush and treatment that are not covered by your insurance (upgrade) which is nothing but money for LMD. My total treatment without upgrade was $400 but with upgrade $1100. I told them to just do whatever my insurance coves, the girl at front told me that they have to talk to Dr. and get back me; I never receive any call after leaving few voice mails. I changed my dentist. They deserve 0 start not even 1. This kind of service and doctors office give bad names to health care industry.

I went into lake mary dental to get a cleaning and some work done. The staff was nice and there were no problems at all during the cleaning and procedure. Dr. Fuller was very nice and informative, I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who needs some work done in the lake mary area.

Total scam with this Dentist and his Endodontist. The Dentist I used (Dr Lall) at Lake Mary Dental referred this Endo...turns out Lall is Lipkins(Orlando Endodontist Specialists) # 1 referral guy . I was told by Lipkin I would have to get a same day appt with Lall to get a crown because he wouldnt be able to save my exisiting one during my root canal retreat. Turns out that the standard practice is to wait 2 weeks for the retreat to heal and make sure there isnt any infection before spending the $700.00 for a new one. I then went to Lall to ask for a referral(per my ins comp) for a different Endo and he REFUSED leaving me with no choice but to start all over again and find a new dentist. My opinion...These 2 shysters should be removed from practice. And by the way...my new Endo did the procedure with no prob and saved crown which he guaranteed would happen and didnt understand why Lipkin said otherwise.

The staff is very uncaring and rude at times. I went under emergency situation and was treated very badly by both staff and dentist.

I wrote a review previously raving about how great this dental office is however when I disagreed with them about how much they were trying to charge me for a crown, that is when the problems started. I felt they were trying to over charge me for a crown so I talked to my dental insurance company to verify the fees. The dental insurance company called the dentist office to straighten the fees out, we were even on a conference call. I thought it was all straightened out and then the dentist themselves decided to get involved and call the insurance company. It seems that were not overcharging me "however" they were wanting to charge me for an "crown upgrade" which is part gold and is not covered by my insurance. The dentist refused to do anything differenct stating that was his recommendation. After going back and forth with this office over a 2 week period about the fees I was really left with the feeling that this it is not about my teeth at all, but about being able to insist I take this upgraded crown and charge me for something that I do not have to have. Lastly, when Cigna tried to get them to conference call with me for the final time so that we could straighten everything out, the dentist office refused. This has been a completely frustrating experience and I will never go back to this office again.
