        My agent is no good

        I had Madelaine Levine as my agent when I bought a house. She insisted I used her inspector. And when I ask her whey the roof looked so bad she insisted that everything is OK because her inspector said so. Then the first rain after I moved in the roof leaked. I ended up paying more than $8000 for a new roof. Madelaine Levine is like a criminal who would lie and do anything to make a sale even at her client's expenses. She's a very bad agent who really should be in jail than selling any house to anyone.

        As the office broker I am very concerned about these comments from barbie6cool. Madelaine Levine is no longer with our firm, however she is a highly ethical Realtor with 16 years experience and I have never had a complaint from any of her clients. In checking our files, I also have not been able to find a sale that correlates with this name. Also, Realtors don't have their own inspectors and most are ASHI certified and would have been obligated to note a substandard roof. Additionally, we have never been contacted by any client with a concern of this type.
