The Feed Barn Grooming

My dog looks terrible. They wanted to get off early so they did a crappy job. When I told them that I was displeased they just looked at me as though it wasn't their problem. When I dropped him off, I told her I wanted the dog to be one length all the way around, but instead she shaved his head and left his ears super long. She said, "I asked you if you wanted a Cocker head." I told her, "That means nothing me I'm not a pet groomer, can you fix it?" Then she said, "Well now you know for next time." I was treated as though I am incompetent and stupid. I would have paid twice what they wanted to have it done right and will be happy to go elsewhere, even to Bakersfield. My poor dog looks embarrassing! I will have to take him to another groomer to just have him look decent. I love supporting our local businesses but when they do terrible work, and then treat me as if its my fault it makes me angry. There was never an apology for any misunderstanding just a blank stare and a "well now you know for next time". As if I would actually give them my business ever again! Small businesses should take better care of their customers because as far as i am concerned this one will never see a another dollar from me.
