Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies

Unfortunately their customer service isn't what I would consider good. They have been rude and short on more than 1 occasion when we were asking for advice on treating our pool. On those occasions we were treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Also don't have them analyze your pool water. They will tell you it needs to be drained when it doesn't! After draining 1\2 the pool and refilling it (on their advice ), we took a new sample in to be tested. Again they told us to drain the pool. Not believing it needed to be drained again we took the sample to Amici Pool Supply and were told that the water was fine. I don't know about you but we don't have money to literally throw down the drain by pouring thousands of gallons of water into a pool just because we were a bother.

IN the past service oriented so i ordered parts here. Was told they "would be in monday or tuesday, we will call you"

never got a call. Called after woek tuesday phone off hook..so i drive to the store. Its open til 7pm, i get there at 5:30.

i ask the worker if the parts came in. He says yes they are here but I wont get them out of the box.you must come in tommorow and they will be out of the box" SO he knows y parts are here..refuses to get them out for me and i have to waste my time and gas AND my pool sweep still does not work.

I will never purchase ANYTHING here again!
