When my PT Cruiser's engine light started coming on, I had a gut feeling it was going to need some major repairs, because it wasn't sounding smooth. I originally found Advanced Auto Care doing an online search for a place to have my car smogged in order to complete my car registration. From the moment I walked into their shop, I felt I found "my" mechanic. Customer service is outstanding. Steve took the time to explain how and why my car was behaving the way it was and what I could expect in order to get the registration completed. Their shuttle service made it convenient for me to drop my car off without having to rely on a neighbor. After seeing the diagnostic report and getting a detailed explanation of it, in no way whatsoever did I feel pressured to have them do the necessary repairs. Steve even helped me weigh my options whether it would be more cost effective to do the repairs or trade my car in for a newer vehicle. Because of the level of professionalism and integrity I saw, I felt very confident returning with my decision to entrust my car to their care.
