Overall

Pros: The doctors are very good and professional.

Cons: Customer service. I called inquiring about eyeglasses I had ordered 16 days earlier. A lady answered the phone and told me they had up to 10 business days to fulfill the order and my eyeglasses were not ready. I asked why as it had been over 10 business days. She said it has not and we are working our "little heinies" off here. The tone of her voice was offensive to me. With that I ended the conversation.

Unfortunately, to me the cons outweigh the pros. I intend going elsewhere next time.

Overall

Dr. Ronald R. Foreman and his staff are the best. They explain what there doing, and go through it step by step and you don't feel rushed. very great people hands down!
