First Coast Mobile Home Sales

This company is a JOKE. I think if Marlon was able to reach to the sky he would have promised us the moon and stars. Worst experience we ever had. If we had it all to do we would not purchase a home from this company. Would also not be a advise for any one to buy a home manufactured by Live Oak Homes. So many things wrong with this home. The main thing that bothers me is when you call your salesperson with all the problems and his response is "You get what you pay for". If any one is thinking of purchasing from First Coast Homes keep looking you will be very disappointed with home and liars that work there. Floor is wrong color, carpet wrong color, wrong windows, doors won't shut, cracks in ceiling, studs in floors coming up, showed up with drywall missing on some walls, furnace does not match outside unit, master bathroom shower does not drain water stands in all 4 corners, toilet run all the time, cheap frig, stove and dishwasher, blocks the house sits on leaning.

I got three homes from them and never had an issues they always took care of us

My daughter went there on a Saturday to look at a home. She gave them a "deposit" CONTINGENT on clearance from the person financing their property. The check was not to be cashed. They were assured it would not be. They got it in writing!! The check cleared Monday! She called and spoke with Jim and was told it would be a week from Friday before she could ge ther money back. The salesman she dealt with was Marlin.Be warned this can happen to you as well if you go there. They said they had to call the corporate office to get a check issued and they would not give her the number to do it herself or to file a complaint to them. She does not have internet accsess so I am writing this for her..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
