Be careful any doubt of his intentions or advice his giving you RUN form him
he will lead you on a wrong path. Plus he is Rude and unethical.

Failure to inform the Judge Fina,& his clients that there was a breach in the settlement terms, and that we may proceed to buy the hotel. He was working for the opposition he
failed to inform the Judge about the corporate books were altered , about the CPA who was a friend of the DRs CM Patel and Nila Patel was altering the check memos and booking ficticious assets and expenses to favor these MD,s Also One of them used $200,000 to buy her shares in a hotel and made 1 million dollars, but these were not booked under the shareholder loans under her name nor her other two business's in Lake City; They are extremely wealthy and were taking loans out instead of dividends; He carried out deposition of these two MD's and their CPA without an acconting expert. He also ran late and cut depostions short. He did not have a game plan, he was fooling around instead of gathering information from these people. He failed to inform the Judge that Nila was an illegal Share holder- she had taken over her daughter's shares; he failed to inform about her using the money in her business and herself but not accounted for in the books. He should have used an accounting expert to depose these people;He failed to remove and amend the cases knowing the status Of Dr Nilas' ownership and The CPA shady accounting practices. We had made a complaint against the CPA with AICPA he made us drop it. After the settlement they started controlling the bookkeeper KEARNEY POOLE, who was suddenly not available to talk or forward us the K1. They filed another complaint after we transfered ownership, We hired a new Lawyer, Bullock tried to stop him from representing us- any way this attorney came on board and his research showed there was a breach of contract, and also the claims they made amounted to nothing as they had lost the franchise, and they were not present to at the hotel to hand over the KEYS.If Bullock had told the Judge about the breach of contract we wouldn't have to hire a new attorney .
