Mr Electric Inc -

After waiting over a week and a half for Mr. Electric to commit to a date they could come to my house the only information the 'electrician' was 'maybe it was a ghost'. Then slapped me with the bill and left. I found another real electrician from another company to come out the next day and he investigated and found the issue within about 5 minutes and had it fixed and was on his way in under an hour.
If you want your issue solved quickly and correctly, I'd recommend avoiding Mr. Electric.

Nov 7 hired to replace kitchen lighting and trouble shoot laundry room light. Very satisfied with work. Good customer service.

I called to have someone come out to fix a light fixture problem, and they came out on time the same day. The service man was very nice and helpful. This is my second time to use them, and I will definitely call them again for service!!!!

They never finished the job they came out to do and after we paid them it was like pulling teeth to get them to come back out to finish what they started! I will never in a million years call this company again! I will go with someone out of town!

I had a great experience with this company. I called several companies to compare estimates. Mr. Electric and one other company were the only 2 who called me back out of 6 calls. To begin with, Mr. Electric's bid was much more affordable than the other company. They were on time and finished the work in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied with everything! I will always recommend Mr. Electric over every other company. Thank you so, so much Mr. Electric!!

I do not recommend using this company unless you do not have a time frame or need something done in a timely manner. I would not recommend them either if you are looking for punctuality.



I requested their services for our restaurant and they went to a totally different restaurant. I could understand the confusion…IF the address had not been given. Then after a week of not returning back to my restaurant they said they could handle the job (a simple cable test job) but forgot to call me back.



They are nice people but NOT reliable.!!!!!!!
