        Poor selection of cable tv channels which are overpriced. Internet is unstable, and may take days for a repairman to arrive. Company policy requires billing for a landline phone whether you have one or not. Billing is worse, with wrong billing occurring regularly.

        Come rain or shine, I never lose service with my cable, phone or WiFi. Can't beat the service or the customer care. Highly recommended.
