. Before beginning the project I did about a month of research and installation quotes. The first thing we had done by Mr. Diaz was the backsplash; being the smaller of the two projects I would be able to tell his quality of work before I jumped into the hardwood floor installation. He kept his work area clean, the quality of his work was above and beyond, and on top of that he was very polite, aproachable, worked throughout the day and showed up when he said he would.

My wife and I were so impressed with Mr. Diaz we immediatly hired him to insall the hardwood floors for us. Already discribing Mr. Diaz's work edicate in the above paragraph let me just skip to a few words that dicribes how the 850 sqft. of hardwoods turned out; AMAZING, TOP OF THE LINE INSTALLATION, WOW!!, BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE POSSIBLY MADE...; and on top of eveything else after getting qoutes from four other places, some who even charged $35 to give quote, noone came close. An example of when I said this guy goes above and beyond; he cocked and painted the the qaurter round and baseboards to give to project a completed look. This guy really takes pride in what he does and in my opinion he is somewhat of a perfectionest.

To sum it all up, Mr. Diaz will always be the first one I call for future renovations. And if it is a project isn't in his strong suit he will tell you because he believes his quality of craftmenship is what keeps him in buisness and wouldn't jepordize that for doing a hack job on someones house. FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the home improvements provided by Nelson Diaz with Diaz Home Services. My new counter tops, tile back splash, and laminate wood floors look great, and I am already planning new projects for Nelson to complete! Nelson is an honest man with high integrity and has the talents and skills necessary to complete any job. I would recommend Diaz Home Services to anyone interested in finding a reasonably-priced handyman who provides high quality work in a timely manner.
