this was the first time I've been to this place. food was great. we took a large group and were served on time.

Terrible

First time and last time, where do I start ?
The service was terrible we ordered appetizer for four of us the waitress brought the food put it on the table and walked away. We had no napkins and no silverwear and eat to eat without, her excuse was "0 sometimes tables have them and other times not" duh ! .
Next we sat 20 mins with empty glasses waiting for additional drinks , I would understand if the place had a ton of customers but maybe 20 .
When the food came I was so dissapointed. I ordered crispy orange chicken , what a joke, far from orange crispy chicken. I returned it . The service just went even more downhill . I left this place so mad and hated giving them my money . Never again.
