Woodland Trail Apartments

Woodland Trails is a great place to live. The location is ideal for shopping, close to the interstate but far enough to keep the traffic away, schools and out of town access is ideal. The maintenance crew is friendly, helpful, and very responsive to maintenance issues, they are on top of the game. The management staff is very friendly, prompt to be helpful, and very creative to the events they host for the residents here at Woodland Trails. The amenities are nice, updated and well kept; pool/patio area, weight room, play ground, and business center. the only item I could say anything about is the reference to the area for rent, there are other apartment complex's that offer the comparable sized apartments for a lower price, although I don't know about the aspects mentioned in this review pertaining to Woodland Trails compared to the other apartment complex's. We don't plan on moving anytime soon, and would recommend this place to friends and family for a great place to live. Thank you Woodland Trails staff for your hard work to make this a great place to live.

This place is a joke when it comes to parking. They say you need a sticker on your window but they don't monitor the parking so in some of the buildings where parking is limited you find yourself having to park in visitor parking and if you complain about repeat offenders all they do is give them a tenant sticker. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE THE IDEA OF NOT HAVING A PLACE TO PARK but they will rent you a garage for an extra $100 a month. What a joke. I can not wait for my lease to be up so I can move. A few people we know on the other side of the complex have plenty of parking but they have problems with noise. You can not win living here. All they care about is the money. PLEASE STAY AWAY

I did not believe the comment before I lived there and this apartment is one of the newest apartments in the area. However, the customer service is horrible and it was the worst experience I ever had. This management needs to be reprocessed.

Terrible customer service and no one seems to know what their own policies are.
