Went to this place for a girls day out at the spa. The service was great but I'm seriously questioning the license of this place. I had a European facial with a microdermabrasion and a glycolic peal. The owner even after looking at my skin and determining I had great skin up sell me the Glycolic peal. I immediately experiencing side affects, I was burning from the outside in. I told the owner, she responded it was normal. After the procedure was finished I was red swollen and bruised. The owner looked at me and said it was normal and tomorrow I would look beautiful. Four days after the procedure, I was out of work still red and bruised but also I had a severe reaction to the chemical. My eyes were swell shut and my face broke out in hives all over to include my neck. I informed the owner about my side effects and her response was I will be fine, when I informed her I missed 4 days of work and 3 Dr. Visit later I asked for my money back she said she will call me back. Have not herd from her yet.

I would rate a -star but it would not let me!

BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! I went here to have permanent makeup. It is a disaster!!! Looks so unnatural and it is about 5 shades lighter than my hair!!! I advised them I was uunhappy and I was told you have to wait until it is healed. After it healed I went back to show them the disaster that was made and the response I received was "we DO NOT give refunds!!!" A friend of mine got eyelash extensions. At first she liked them but after she removed them her real eyelashes fell out!!!! Bottom line.....STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
