Tops Solid Surface

I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Don't be fooled by the expensive looking showroom and owners! They are GREAT at roping you in and then once they get your down payment for work...you become out of site...out of mind!Every time we tried to contact them to discuss our remodel...they were unavailable, and most of all when we did get to finally talk to a PERSON they were EXTREMELY RUDE and it was impossible to get a "call back"! They have kinds of people working there ... and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...caused a lot of confusion and frustrations.To make it worse ... Once we did have the project completed it was very shabby workmanship! The bathroom vanitITIES was just put in without any caulking to finish seam to walls (4 vanities) the colors on one vanity looked stained and ugly...the new bar sink was also somehow stained...we wrote them numerous times to discuss our disappointment etc only to have NEVER once been called back by anyone...except to demand their $$ for a job we felt needed to be FIXED BEFORE PAYMENT! The kitchen granite turned out fine. However, for the workmanship, $$$, lack of communication, confusion by talking to at least 5 different people when I called...I would NEVER recommend this company! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with...BE FOREWARD!

The team at Tops Solid Surface designed and installed resurfacing for our kitchen countertops, tub walls, shower walls and shower floor, bathroom countertops and new tile entry and bathroom floors. "WOW!" is what we hear from family, friends and neighbors who are now using Tops to make their houses look as wonderful as ours. Thank you Tops Solid Surface for your design ideas, and "stretching us..just a little" to try new ideas in our home that we love!We love our home all over again, after 15 years of living with so, so, we now feel like it's a brand new home!
