        Chad is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our fridge, replaced the defective component, and confirmed that it was now cooling, all in less than thirty minutes. We were sure we would be spending $2000+ to purchase a new refrigerator. The repair was less than $200.
