Equilibrium Fitness is a fully equipped Pilates and Yoga studio located in the city of La Verne, California. As you consider your options, know that our studio offers you the very best in fitness and alternative wellness services. We offer advanced level training and programming, individually tailored sessions, and a variety of program options for all ages and fitness levels.In addition to fitness programming, our Center of Pilates and Movement offers supportive and creative Workshops, Concerts, Meditation, and Wellness Lectures geared towards addressing the 'whole' person with a focus on balancing mind, body, and spirit. Our certified Pilates Trainers specialize in the development of programs which meet the specific fitness needs and goals of each individual client. Individualized programming includes Sports Specific Training, Prenatal/Postpartum, Post-Rehabilitation, Balance & Stability for Seniors and a Post-Operative Workout and Breast Cancer Recovery Program (Pink Ribbon Programâ„¢).We offer Private, Semi-private and Group Pilates Training sessions, and a variety of ongoing group classes. Our Yoga Program offers classes in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Meditation. All of our teachers are Yoga Alliance certified. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, you will find a class that is right for you and offers the support and guidance you need to get the most out of your practice!Professional athletes, both men and women, have turned to Pilates and Yoga to give them the competitive edge they need to progress in their sport. Our staff works with dancers, football and baseball players, swimmers, horseback riders, golfers, boxers, gymnasts, and tennis pros. Our Center regularly receives referrals from neurologists, osteopaths, physical therapists, chiropractors, and many other health care providers.
