Royal Disposal

Always courteous, professional and helpful, we have used this service several times a year for probably five years or more for general clear outs, yard cleaning up in spring and fall, and when we (or a contractor) have carried out larger DIY projects. If there is the occasional delay in getting a dumpster to you (always the consumer who had it previously either forgetting to put it out or just not bothering to put it out on the due date), Thea is always quick to keep you informed as to the expected delivery.

This trash service is outstanding! They are reliable and pick-up on time. Drivers are courteous and careful when setting the container back down. We have had them for 11 years and without asking they replaced our old dumpster for a new one. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Don't get those previous reviews!

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. This company stopped service without notice, said they couldn't take payment over the phone, (in 2016? Really????). After 1 phone call to the business line, a call to "Dee's" cell number without an answer, and last an email. My wife finally got a call back. A deal was made that they would resume service. (A past payment check was already sent) They were late picking up the next week. The following week, no pick up. Customer service, ha. Dee was incredibly rude to my wife. This company needs a management overhaul. We have since switched. We also told Royal Disposal to come pick their bins from our property, going on the second week and they have yet to pick them up. We will be seeking a legal solution.

WORST EXPERIENCE

They stopped service to us for no reason and without any notice. The worst part was that we'd paid our bill for 3 months in advance and we were never reimbursed or even gotten back to. I called for months. The customer service was always horrible too.
