Kahuna Chair

Bought a massage chair through sleep Galleria. Was told (kahuna) the manufacturer is who to contact regarding The purchase. Went back-and-forth through emails to get the massage chair returned even offered to pay the shipping to return it The lady who I was dealing with basically gave me the run around after telling me she WOULD ACCEPT the return and cover shipping. After wasting about 5 hours back-and-forth with her only to be told at the end that if sleep Galleria agrees then they will process the return. First I am 5'5 I weigh 155lbs and i work in the medical field. A massage IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HURT. I am not sure what height/ size person the chair was made for but my feet were bruised. The calf massage was nice and did not hurt and the body massage was fine but very squished in the chair. I am disappointed with customer service for agreeing to take the chair back so I could get refunded and wasting half my day to come back and say if sleep galleria will take it back then they will. When sleep galleria told me I'd need to contact the Manufacturer bc they do not accept returns as the order is shipped straight from the manufacturer.
