I would give less stars if possible but unfortunately I have to go with a 1 star review. The tax preparer we had barely said a word to us, didn't keep is informed as to what he was doing, put incorrect information on our tax forms, and finalized the paperwork without verifying it was ok to proceed. We are having over $300 taken out of our tax return to have them complete our return when other places are charging $70. We tried stopping him before he finalized it. We asked if it was finalized and he said "in 2 clicks it will be." As we went to say we wanted to wait, he hurried up and completed the last 2 clicks before we could get a word out. Their customer service team is a joke when you call the number provided. You get bounced from representative to representative and they have no idea why you were transferred to them. You are told to call back the following day after a certain time and when you do, you are told that the particular person is not there and to call back at yet another time. They are rude and unprofessional and don't seem to care how they are being represented by their associates or the tax offices. I refuse to go back and only went this time around because my now-husband went there last year and wanted to go back.
