Aztec Fire & Safety

Not sure how this guy " Randy" is running this business, a very RUDE owner/ Mgr ( at least that's what he said! )but This Co. Is a NO! NO!. Unappreciative of the work brought to them!, never on schedule or On-Time with theire sales Reps. Beware of waisting your time with them. I'm a builder/developper since 1998 and they are for sure OUT of my List, since my phone converstaion with Randy 10mn ago! Had to tell him what I think of his unprofessional services.... Grrrrrrr

I used this company recently, the responce time was acceptable the work performed was clean and profesional. Now the bad part, the installers failed to recharge the building system which went unnoticed for a month (during the recent SD fires) when we discovered the mistake (found by another contractor) I immediatly contacted Aztec to alert them of the problem, they were very apologetic and said someone would be right out to do the repairs. That is the last I heard from them. I placed several calls to the company with no reply. I would never recomend this company for anything to anyone in the future. If a fire had started, my multi million dollar facility would have been history!
