CVS Pharmacy

The first time my friend and I came here to return some makeup without a receipt and the manger acted a little hostile toward us. He glared at my poor friend when he brought his bike in since he was afraid of it getting stolen outside. We came back the following day with his ID since apparently an ID is needed to return items without a receipt. The lady at the register was really sweet; she allowed me to use my 5 dollar beauty bucks coupon for an item that was only five dollars. The only problem I had with that visit is that they asked my friend for his backpack when he entered the store. I firmly believe such a policy is extremely underhanded. There are plenty of cameras in the store to surveillance people who may be stealing and who is supposed to protect the customers right to privacy? Also there is no way to prevent an employee from searching through someone's backpack and stealing from the customer. Overall I may come back to this store but I believe they should rethink some of their policies and the manger should greet customers kindly.
