Mr. Rooter

I am Steve from Forest Park. I had a blockage on Sunday and the only company that could come out was Mr. Rooter. Dan arrived on time on Sunday night. He was polite, had a smile, and left me reassured that my problem would be fixed. He had to come back in the morning. He was on time and gave me a call 30 min before he arrived. I have to say HANDS DOWN Mr. Rooter & Dan blew me away with the service and professionalism. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to any one over any other plumber.

Mr Edward Butler visited my home in western Springs on 5/30/2013 to fix an humming noise in the basement, upon his arrival he immediately knew what the problem was

( the sub pump). I thank him for his expertise. Mr. Butler was very informative and kind might I add he smelled just like a baby (lol), not your usual musty plumber. Thanks Mr. Rooter

Jim did and excellent job unclogging our sink.

He was both friendly and professional.

I would happily call him again and also refer our friends to him.

Hi I am Ashley from Schaumburg IL. I called Mr Rooter today because all my drains were not draining. I was backing up with yucky water in my basement drain. Dan came out quickly and diagnosed my problem. He was very clean, neat, and made me feel very comfortable. It needed to be rodded and cleaned. Dan rodded the line several times pulling major roots out of my line. There was also dirt. I had a camera inspection done by Miguel and saw that the old clay pipe was broken in pieces. I had Mr Rooter install an outside cleanout at that spot. They did an awesome with the install and the dig. My yard barely looks like it was done. They are even coming back to plant seed. What kind of plumbing companies do this??? I would highly recommend them to everyone with any plumbing issues. They made an ugly problem not so bad.

Hi its Mario from Northlake IL. 60164. I called Mr rooter Plumbing today because my sewer was backing up outside. Mike and Ed came out pomptly on a Saturday. They rodded my main sewer and pulled roots and towels out of my line. They are doing a video inspection of my line to determine if hydrojetting is needed. They did a great job in the freezing cold. The two of them are like the dream team. This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone having any pluumbing issues
