Foster's Appliances

I think the appliance repair industry in general has horrible service. foster alliance is no exception. The technician is knowledgeable but the front desk or manager have very bad attitude towards their customers. They are not willing to help answering questions. They are either rude or just don’t know what they are doing. Not very good people so I will definitely not use them next time.

The technician was awesome, completely professional and quick. He fixed the washer, changed the part, and explained how to avoid the same problem in the future.

Worst company I've HAD to deal with ever. My contracting insurance company needs to screen their associates better! Grouchy elderly impatient technician (not a smell-good plumber type either, I'll just say) came passed the service time-frame just to tell me that the washing machine is 'not showing any error codes, so it's fine'. USELESS. Wasn't willing to listen or troubleshoot a possible remedy of what might be going wrong with it, just his textbook answers and he kept getting loud and repeating himself. So irritated with this company. Told me to call someone else too... useless. useless. useless. Tried to call his office to complain about their service, and the girl trolling the phone was not any more pleasant either. Wow. Finding good help is a chore nowadays. The good ole Maytag man seems to be long gone. Giving one star because I HAVE to . A NO STAR rating is more deserved.

Marin came yesterday to replace bearings in our Maytag one-piece unit. Today it runs as it did the day we purchased it some eight years ago. In addition to being competent he was fast and inordinately helpful with tips on maintaining both the washer/dryer and our dishwasher. If reviews went to 100 stars, he and Foster's would get 99+. Both the firm (contacted by telephone) and Marin are now our only appliance contact, by choice. What a find.

I just had a repairmen come to my residence today to fix my Neptune Dryer. His name is Marin. He was prompt and very efficient. He explained and showed me the problem with the dryer. He had it fixed and working in minutes. He also gave me some valuable information in maintaining my Neptune Washer and my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Marin was very professional. I will definitely call on them again in the future.

I will never use this company again. I Fosters appliances come and repair a leak with my refrigerator. 2 repair guys come out they took a look at the problem and said they need to order a part took my 100 dollars, A week later repair shows up by himself and now says he can not do the job cuz its only him and he will not be able to the job and leaves Now Fosters will not give me the part or my 100 dollars back. SCAM !! never will use them again...

Very reliable service people, this is the second company that I called from YP and both of them were great. Thanks YP. and Foster
