Action Glass & Windshield Repair

I had to have the windshield in my car replaced. My insurance company referred me to Action Glass, and I am so glad they did. Steve was very professional. He made sure to communicate with me about when he would arrive, he was on time, and fixed my windshield in a hurry! He also helped me file the claim with my insurance. We needed our Ford Explorer's windshield replaced on a Saturday. We called Action Glass and spoke to Steve. He was extremely helpful, accommodating and full of information. We made the appointment for Steve to come to our residence that same day. He committed to arriving in the early afternoon but also indicated he had a couple of prior jobs. He kept us posted about his ETA. Steve arrived and went right to work. He was very thorough and professional while explaining each step and materials used as he progressed. The windshield itself is high quality glass and made in the USA. The finished product looks beautiful.
