        Wonderful caring service& staff

        I have taken my two dogs to Dr Hiss since his arrival in Kokomo. He is a caring and compasionate vet. We have one dog who does not follow the general pattern for dogs. Dr Hiss is always willing to over and above to treat this dog. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
