Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

When I first bought my home through wells fargo everything went great with the agent I had. How ever now trying to refinance I got stuck with the most unprepared and rude agent I have ever dealt with. Quoted wrong price over the phone and on the papers we signed which werent ready for us when we got there. After signing the wrong papers she catches her mistake when I ask this is what you told. Her response well where else are you going to get it for that price. My response was sure the hell not from you. Thank you Dru Lawhorn for being incompitent.
