Sewing Machines Etc

This place is wonderful. I needed my machine repaired and had taken it to another place where it was going to be half the price of the machine basically just to look at it. The price quoted here was very reasonable and the lady was friendly on the phone. When I took the machine to drop it off the lady was still very friendly and very helpful. They have tons of AMAZING high quality fabric. I cannot believe I had not idea that this store has been in business for 30 years and 11 of those in its current spot. This is one of Knoxville's best secrets. Go there you will love it. None of the chain stores in our area can come close to comparing.

i purchased a machine from them a few years ago. it broke last yr i brought it in for repair. i purchased another machine while in repair when the machine was done i picked it up and paid 49.19 brought it home and stuck it in the closet as i was using my brothers i bought. i recently went to use the babylock for a thicker peace of fabric and the same broken issue is still there.i called. brought the machine in today. lady was rude. blamed me. talked to me like i was a child. told me they wouldnt charge me if they didnt fix it. well i found my charge in my bank. they may of messed up and not even fixed my machine and sent it home on accident. admit your mistake and fix my machine. instead they were rude and accused me of breaking the machine and lying to her. and wanted to charge me again. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ..and its under warranty !!

Gayla and her husband are super folks. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They have an excellent selection of machines and a wide variety of fabric.
