Don't stop here. Check their file on Better Business Bureau. There are more complaints than raving reviews. Also research the website "Ripoff Report". More complaints. I am unsatisfied with how they handled the final closure of our account. After reading what has happened to others, it seems this is how they do business - charging additional fees outside of contract, making promises that are not recorded on paper, then handing someone over to a collection agency after the customer thought they had resolved their account. Bad business.

This is the worse company ever..Do not use them for you security needs. I've only had the system since March and have had multiple issues with the system...They were supposed to send a "tech" out this past saturday and the guy NEVER showed up. then called 4.5 hours later to say that he was to busy at the office to leave!!!! i have called numerious times and no one has ever call me back!!! I want there system out of my home but they refuse to take it out until someone comes to my home to look at it and say "its a faulty system" . What ever you do...DO NOT use this company...horrible and when I call to get someone higher in command they continue to send me to another Manager in Customer service...dont waste your time or money on this company...trust me you will regret it.

Being a director at SecureWatch is challenging and rewarding. When I think about where I started and where I am now... I am amazed. The opportunities offered are fantastic. I've learned that if you work hard, SecureWatch will be there for you. To me, the possibilities look great! Wonderful company to work for!

This company is a scam. They claim to be ADT but are nothing more than a sham, taking your money and personal info and selling it.

I stick with this company because I have a contract with them and there price is decent but there customer service sucks, there website sucks, and most of there contact telephone numbers do not work. it has so far taken me 2 weeks to contact them to move my service to a new location due to the original 3 year contract and another 2 weeks to actually get the service moved to a new location because you have to do papework throught the mial. What kind of company is this??
