Massage Envy - Cherokee Plaza

Not sure where to start. Poorly ran. Office staff are rude. They try their hardest to get you to sign up for a membership....Don't Do It! There are only two criteria you can cancel it by! I was misled that all I needed to do was provide a statement. Not true! When I called the office the receptionist said "well you should have read the entire contract before you signed it." You are right. Hard lesson learned. I should've read the reviews before signing a contract with your office. I'll be cancelling my membership and will be taking my referrals with me. Never again.

WOW!. I've been going to Massage Envy for several months now, and I have always had a great experience. The staff is always kind, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I always look forward to my visits to Massage Envy, and always leave feeling totally relaxed.
