Owner is angry and abrasive. Got 2 ugg boots for Christmas and could not return with receipt, because my husband did not buy them the week before Christmas. Had to sell them on eBay with a loss, but ended up buying the same pair for$20 cheaper at zappos.com. Such a headache. Save yourself time and money and order online, or even at a dept. store.

I have been shopping at Coffin Shoe Company for years. This store is family owned and has a great selection of shoes for all members of the family.

Coffin consistently has the best array of shoes for my family's hard-to-fit feet. Their service is personal and personable. And you pay no more than you would at a department store.
