Advantage Dental Clinics

I've had a cavity for over a year now, and have been trying to get it treated for over a year now with Advantage Dental Clinics. Every time I try to make an appointment, they say they can't schedule me for 3 months. By the time my appointment finally comes around, they tell me they can't fit me in and schedule me out another month. I finally was able to have my tooth looked at after over 4 months, and then was scheduled for a filling 3 months later. When I finally got the filling, I was told that the cavity had gotten worse and I now needed a root canal, but would not be able to be scheduled for one for, yes, another 3 months. This was in May and now it's August and they finally contacted me and told me I have been moved to another dentist. The worst and most appalling service I've ever seen from a dentist's office, completely unorganized and unprofessional. They have several people working in the office but only one dentist who they rely on to do any single thing, and he's often not available. They have 2-3 receptionists working at the front desk at any given time, and they just sit and chat with one another. They should be shut down, I can't understand what they're actually doing because it's clear that they aren't treating their patients.

By far the worst I have ever been treated by a receptionist. I will be moving my family to a different dentist and letting everyone I know not to come here if they want to be treated with respect. How do these people even get jobs? However I must say that Dr. Uso is one of the best. Just a shame the receptionist (the elderly one) is so unkind to patients.
