AAA Property Management

I have been here for 4 1/2 years and when some thing happens they fix it,they are very good about fixings it...they have been very nice to me and every thing...when my stove blue up they gave me a brand new one out of the box I saw them give me one,,,,they are very busy people they have a lot on there plate right now with the cold weather that is sitting in give these people a brake they just cant jump to every command at once they will get it done give them so time.if you don't like living here move quit complaining about every thing,,,they can only do what they can..

This is the worst property management I've ever had they neglect their tenants and their management responsibilities untill you force their hand. It took over 6 months and me threatening to inform hud of their neglect just to get them to fix/replace my broken refrigerator. My most recent problem with them is they raised my rent without informing me or HUD and have been letting it accumulate a large past due charge without saying anything to me or HUD. And when the finally came to light they told me they wouldn't do anything to help me because i posted a bad review of them online. I posted a 100% accurate account of my experience with them and its my fault they never informed me or HUD.

This property management does not do the job they are supposed to. When told a repair is needed, even after opening a work order, it still takes several calls to get anything done. The house we were renting should not have been rented. It was a fire hazard the whole time we lived there, and didn't even know it. Repairs that needed done, we had to do ourselves. By the time we found out the home was a fire hazard, it had been condemned. The property management refused to return our deposit and actually attempted to charge us more after evicting us for nonpayment of rent. They refused to accept our rent payment and then evicted us for not paying. This was after accepting payments for the whole time we had lived there. When we started requesting necessary repairs was when we started having problems with this property management. If you have another choice, stay away from this one.
