Excellent place to take your pet, professional people and animal lovers, super recommended and reliable, my experience has always been very good!!

Awful experience, awful servive, awful customer service. The grooming was ridiculous, someone who does not know what they are doing. But the worst of all, my baby's skin was bruised and irritated. Took him to a veteninarian on the same day and doctor said that the irritation was due to the grooming and that it would get imflamated. Had to spend another $165 with the vet. Went back to "Super Cute Grooming" to complain and get compensated for the money spent with the vet. The reaction and attitude of the owner was beyond imagination. She got extremely defensive and arguing that she decided to give him a very short hair cut so it would take longer for him to need another grooming. She was not even recognizing the inflamation on his skin, and was only giving poor excuses for the low standard service and malpractice. She said she was not going to give my money back and that I should look for an attorney.

VERY BAD SERVICE DONT TAKE OUR DOGS HERE THEY STARVE THEM AND DONT GIVE THEM WATER.

I had to have my mom type this for me since I can’t type with my short little paws. Just wanted to say that you guys are the bestest. Veronica, thanks for always hooking me up everytime I come into the shop. I am never scared walking thru your doors and I am always a satisfied customer looking forward to my next visit. Mommy & I recommend you to all my friends. On a scale of 1-10 dog biscuits I would rate PAWS 10 dog biscuits.!

Super Cute Grooming is one of the best groomers I have personally gone to in Kissimmee. I have tried three other groomers and none have been as nice to me and my pet as Super Cute . It also has dog care and dog resort which is perfect news because the staff is great and I would let my puppy Shadow stay and i know they will take care of him.

Excellent job,it's a great place on a good location and more excellent price.

I know they love my pet and my pet is always happy when I go there.

I can say they are professional.
