They were very professional. They provided me with a repair service that was on time and saved me from waiting so long. Their technicians were very accurate in pinpointing the exact root cause of the problem and immediately provided it with an effective solution. The repair that they did was really effective because my unit was running smoothly than before. And it’s still running smoothly now and we had no problems encountered after the repair. They also charged me fairly and for me the price was very reasonable and just right.

My oven’s ignition system blew out and so I went searching the net for local appliance repair services and got their number from their site. I have never tried their services before but decided to trust them anyway. I immediately dialed their number and was answered right away. Their operator was polite and gave me a same day schedule. Their technician was on time when he arrived at my house. He was nice and very friendly. He quickly got my oven working again. It really shows that he is an expert and has wide experience on his job. I was right to trust them in the first place. Excellent and prompt service.

We recently just move in to a new house and our dishwasher suddenly won’t drain. I made it run for a few times and still it won’t drain. I tried calling a repair service but they can only book me an appointment the next day. I tried searching the net for other repair services and stumbled on their site. I called their number that was posted on their site and their friendly customer service was able to get me an appointment at the same day and gave me a 2 hours time window. Their technician came an hour later I called. They really came on time and that is a big plus for them. The repair man quickly found the root of the problem and he got it fixed in just a few minutes. He carefully explained everything he did to my dishwasher and he was very honest to tell me that it was just a minor fix and he didn’t charge me expensively. He also checked the other parts of my dishwasher to see if everything is running smoothly. I’m really impressed with their timely and excellent service.

I was busy doing some paper works at home when my wife suddenly called me and told me that our dishwasher won’t turn on. I checked the power cable and it was plugged and the fuse is still intact. After doing that, I no longer had any idea on what else to check so I asked my buddy if he knows anyone who can fix this problem. He texted me their number and said that they are the best in town and that their rates are very budget friendly. I dialed the number that my buddy gave me and I was surprised to hear a live voice on the other end. I usually get answering machines whenever I call for repair services but theirs is different. I give them points for that. They fixed me an appointment early morning the following day. The repair man was very punctual and always wears a big smile. He quickly found what’s wrong with our dishwasher and started doing his thing. He explained to me everything that was done in a way that I can easily understand. He then told me that we can now use the dishwasher. Are you sure? That’s what I told him because I couldn’t believe that it was done so fast. We plugged it in and press the button and the whole thing powered up. Amazing! Five stars for their excellent job! And oh, did I mention that they charge me cheaply? Yes they did. All I can say is that their service is great and very affordable.

These guys came like they said they would and had my oven fixed in no time. I will choose them again as their service is hassle free and very efficient. They also charge fairly and reasonable as they still explain on what the problem is and what needs to be done. Overall, I am very satisfied on their Job and will call them again if it needs be.

I am a disappointed costumer from another repair company before I switched to this company. Made multiple negotiations with them about high fees and technicians not showing up schedule…….but with A Bargain Appliance Repair, everything was just right. Their technicians were cool, prompt and very transparent when it comes to the billing. Since the explanation comes along with the bill so I guess everything is still justified. I will be sure to call them again if I would have any repair needs in the future.

Their service is top notch as well as their staff are very accommodating. Even though they had a very busy schedule, the girl on the phone which I have spoken with was very accommodating to the point of squeezing my appointment within the day. I almost was worried that they won’t come but still they did turn up on my front yard. So I let them in and had them take a look on my leaking dishwasher and after their technician inspected it, gave me an overview of the problem. I liked on how they do things and that is was very accommodating. The price is reasonable and they were very transparent on how they charged. I will use them again.
