Horrible experience with Dr. Gonzalez. It does not have any tact or good human quality unprofessional. the first thing that indicated well rude you have if your own recipes you and do not turn out so you come here now instead of coming from a principle or are a doctor without a license, then for analysis have this if you please, but if you do not I do not come back here I can not do anything for you I'm no good measure gaps emergency. I explained I was not before because they themselves had no appointment available for giving me and their response was to insist is his business. Attention was horrible as if one were scolding a child to give. never return

I moved to another practice due to the very rude office staff. She was very ugly to me when I was checking in. I had a simple question and she told me to have a seat until my name was called, since I'd signed in. Where I come from, that is like saying "sit down and shut up" which is exactly how she meant it. I get the feeling nobody in there likes them, not even the doctors-

The doctors at the surgery are very helpful once you get to see them. However the office staff are rude, inefficient and unhelpful. They are unable to find files, unable to schedule appointments. etc. We have just changed to another practice. The last straw was yesterday when I had an appointment at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:10 pm and was asked to complete an application form (although I had already visited the surgery several times). I completed the form and because I am disabled my wife (who did not have an appointment) handed it in explaining it was for me. We waited and at 3 pm it was obvious that something was wrong. My wife went up to the desk and asked when I would be seen. They asked her to complete an application form. She stated that I already had and was not about to fill out another one. We then asked to see the office manager. After about 10 minutes nobody appeared and so we left. This is just one of the incidents of what happened at this surgery and we have spoken to other people who were patients who have had similar experiences and have changed to another physician. Would recommend the doctors but not the office staff.
