Elegant Mobile Grooming

Scheduled appointment on website. Checked service area and showed it serviced our area. Had my daughter come to house and wait for him. She saw him just a few miles from our house turning around. I checked email and noticed he had sent an email at around the same time she saw him turning around saying that he does not service area and sorry for the inconvenience. Well it is a very big inconvenience. Leaving for vacation tomorrow and needed the two dogs done. Why would a person drive all that way and the say he doesn't service the area. Common cortesy would have been to do the service that one time. Oh yes he changed the service area map now. I will tell everyone I know not to ever use this dog groomer. Had to click one star even when he doesn't deserve it.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly I have been using Elegant Grooming on and off. Each time, my dog Lizzie was taken to a groomer such as Petco or Petsmart she was agitated, stressed, and always trying to get out of her cage. Not saying these places were bad, they did a wonderful job. However, everytime Elegant Grooming comes to my house, Lizzie is both happy and excited. She loves the attention and loving care she recieves from the groomer. Prices for home service grooming is fair for both Elegant Grooming and the customer. Lizzie has spoken, Elegant you win......recommended because
