Ice House

Never rent from this company, their units are dirty and are invested with mice. My boyfriend and I rented for one month from this place, when we returned to pick up our stuff, mice and been through and destroyed our property. Numerous times, I tried to contact the manager, but I was ignored by him. A sales associate said that it was not their responsibility. The unit was dirty when we received it and littered with seeds, that more than likely attracted the mice. We swept them out prior to using the unit, but the mice some how manage to get in. It would have at least been apperciated to have heard from the manager, after I left my number over 3 times.
