Very friendly, efficient @ accommodating. Thorough doctors & staff. Short wait time if any. Doctor made sure our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Really listened to the child's feelings and wishes.

We've used this facility for 3 yrs and the care has been in steady decline. I took my daughter in in a friday w/a high fever 103+ and the doctor said she was fine and sent her home(he didn't even listen to her lungs), by sunday night temp was 105.5 and she was diagnosed with pneumonia at the emergency room. I've now been trying since last night to find out if the medicine prescribed by the emergency room is an antibiotic my child is allergic to and though the clinic has been open for 1.5 hours I can get no response from nurses or doctors. The on call doctor had no access to medical records so they couldn't check last night. So even though I have medication in hand I can't give it to my child and can't get any help from her Dr. If this is the kind of care you want then this is the place for you.
