The Relax Station

have called 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule an appointment with an intern, finally got an appointment for a saturday,needed to change it, was going out of town, but if i couldnt i was going to keep, when i called she said oh your appointment has been canceled and i said by whom? i didnt cancel, she said the intern canceled but no one called me, luckily i called because i would have been very upset if i had got there and they told me that then, when i could have gone out of town, just not very professional. other than this experience have been pleased. i just felt like i put all that time into trying to get an appointment with them they could have at least called me to let me know it had been canceled.
