I think if you call a dr & the recording tells you to call back during office hrs...but its already during office hrs when you call...then the Dr sucks. Its a lie if the say you need to call during office hrs & you get that recording. And This doctor does this. I called 10 minutes before the office close to simply set up an appointment...I get the recording telling me I have called after office hrs. Thats total BS! If you are going to shut down the office phone at 4:45, or 4:50...or earlier...you need to change the official office hrs listed online, and on the front door, & even the recording you get when you call to the hrs you are going to stop receiving calls & turn that crappy recording on. Am I pissed?? You bet......its hard enough to get an appointment with these people without them closing down early & telling you you are "late" when in fact I am not late. I need to find another dermatologist...this sucks.
