In October 2008, I bought a 2009 Rabbit from Wyoming Valley Motors and have never looked back. Since the initial service was so great, I made sure to return for each and every service appointment. In May 2012, I went to the sales department on a bit of whim, and was pleasantly surprised to learn a brand new Golf would be within my price range. Jason Lenko let me test drive quite a few models and was very patient with all my questions. Everything went so smoothly and all the numbers were right, so we made a purchase; Jason was there every step of the way. In fact, he was such a great help, I brought my partner back to look at 2012 Jettas a few days later. Jason helped her as well, and another fantastic purchase was made. Everyone at WVM, sales and service alike, is genuinely fantastic. I will happily return to them for future vehicular needs, and would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat. I purchased a Jetta TDI from WVM a few months ago. I was actually the owneer of two Toyota Corolla S models before this purchased and was considering a move to a more fuel efficient car and was actually looking in to the Toyota Prius. Not only did I not like the drive of the Prius and the "plastic" features it had, but when I stopped at the VW dealer I almost expected to buy a VW after just only looking at the options. When I first started looking at the cars, I told the salesman, Jeremiah, right off the bat I was not looking to buy a car that day and that if he was annoying and called me multiple times a day after I left the lot the first day, I would not be making a purchase no matter how bad I wanted the car. He was quick to give me his business car and assured me I could call him rather than him calling me every ten minutes to see if I wanted to buy the car. Actually now that I think of it, he never did actually call me even though it took me a few days to make my decision. When I did call he was super nice and did everything he could to get me the car I wanted. I had been to another VW dealer in the area who told me I basically had to buy the cars on the lot because ordering anything not on the lot would take several months. I told Jeremiah the color and the style and within an hour he called me back and told me that my car was already on a truck that was on its way to PA so he would flag it so it was not put out on the lot. Not only was the purchase seamless but he has checked up several times since and made the buying experience very easy. Granted I will not be in the market for a new car anytime soon now, but when I am I would not hesitate to visit VW at WVM again and ask for Jeremiah
