Valley Goju Karate

We were looking for an extracurricular activity to build our child's confidence, as she had difficulty standing up for herself with peers. After much research of and discussion with other karate instructors, we chose Valley Goju Karate. Not only does our daughter now have the mental strength, self-esteem, and confidence to handle difficult peer interactions, but she has the physical strength and capacity to defend herself if need be. She takes pride in all the lessons this dojo has taught her...the life ones as well as authentic Japanese karate.

Highly qualified and trained instructors! Excellent instruction in sparring and kata. Also, upon doing some research on most of the karate schools in our area, I found that this is one of the few, if not only one, where the teacher is an accredited member of a legitimate karate organization based out of Japan! Highly recommended!

A very excellent school to be apart of. The instructors put emphasis on training technique and making sure students understand the basics. The facility is a quality dojo that's improving day after day. Overall it is a great place for anyone new to martial arts, or to anyone who wants to get back into it.
