        We first came to learn of Bell...

        We first came to learn of Bell Realty in 2005; in search of a second home in PA. Coming from a NYC, upbringing we learned that it seemed that the holiest people end up being the most conning so you learn to trust no one... Anyway, the people of PA are truly the anomaly in the northeast and there is no better an organization or business firm to prove this than Bell Realty, for the past (5-6 years), Mrs. Ann Marie Choppick has been our saving grace when it came to local real estate market facts and figures. We have since purchased the second home, converted it to a rental and are now looking for a more serious second home to become our eventual primary. Bell Realty, and Mrs. Ann Marie Choppick, makes everything from access, to disclosure information, to local business, to attorney and underwriters recommendations a breeze. We have done and continue to do business with Bell Realty from our current primary home in NY; over the years we would even trust her to watch our grand kids; believe me there is no higher honor to a grandparent. In short, they are honest, hardworking good people just like most working class Americans and we have come to expect nothing less from them.
