Mac Works

I called Cheryl Schneider at the Mac Works, in Kingston, NY to ask about her services. I saw that her office's address was in the slummiest part of town, but didn't want to let that color my opinion. When we began our introductions, I needed to briefly describe my situation and what services my company was looking for. I briefly tried to explain the office network predicament and current computer set up, but Cheryl wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. Cheryl was crass, loud, and came off as extremely arrogant. Every time that I tried to speak -to answer a question that she had (she would ask a question and then interrupt me whenever I tried to answer), saying how "experienced" she was, and dismissing any concerns for data migration. She was unforgivably rude, irritable, abrupt, and completely unprofessional. I told her to forget it. I wouldn't let her work for us if SHE paid US!
