The food was pretty good. The staff was friendly. I enjoy sitting where I can see outdoors and the water. I think they should have a greater selection of grilled food ...was double charged on the iced teas which were already pricey. Thank goodness I noticed and alerted my waitress!

I enjoyed my meal at Riverfront Seafood. The fish was so fresh that it was like catching it myself. The service was excellent and atmosphere is great. It's a family restaurant which is a refreshing change to the bevy of chains and the owner works hard to make sure one has an excellent experience.

Ate there once music too loud and was told the volume setting was locked, could not be changed. LIAR. Food not good enough to suffer such insolence. Perhaps ten years ago and none since

We travel about an hour and a half to go to this restrant. Was hands down the best seafood in the tri cities. Owner definately not focused on the customer any longer, always turned away from the outside portion of the deck. Food not prepaired with the care that was evident before.

Seafood was good, but ruined by rude owner who continually made rude comments to the servers. Ruined the evening. Won't go back..

We had visited this establishment three time previous and had an enjoyable time each visit. Last night's experience had my party wondering if we had the correct address. We requested to sit near the windows to watch the River but was told there wasn't a table large enough to accommodate 5 persons. Funny, just after we were seated near the bar, a party of 7 was able to sit at a table so they could see the river. Apparently the menu had changed as well, Coke products are now replaced with Pepsi products. Prices on the menu didn't match and several items weren't available on the Kid's Menu. It was very discouraging to the young person that was with us when he was told that he couldn't have two of the items he selected...a child doesn't understand. We passed up several good restaurants on our way to Kingsport for this experience. It will NOT happen again and shame on the owners for losing your focus and your customer skills.

Good food and excellent service. Ask for a booth so you can see the great view of the river !!!
