Don Hill Used Car Value Center

Horrible experience!! My husband and I were interested in a truck. A salesman named Franando made a sorry attempt to help us. He was so rude. Well we decided on one we wanted but when we sat down to negotiate a price, he acted offend that I had asked. He then wrote a price down on a piece of paper and said "that's all I can do" I then stated that it was still too much since he only came down a $100 dollars from original price. He then said he would talk to someone in the back and see what he could do..Came back with a paper saying they put $500 into the truck and that if I wanted a car with a low price I needed to find something else. Had such an attitude! I was so angry I told him we would go somewhere else and left. Needless to say we left and found another truck at another dealership the same day. his attitude cost him a good sale. We never be buying a car there. And we will advise others to steer clear.

If i could give a zero star i would. They advertise "bad credit no credit bankruptsy divorse ect...APPROVED!! But turn down people with bad credit!! No wander they're only a 1 star.

Don Hill Automotive in Kingsport TN stated me a price on a Mercury Mountaineer that I accepted and started a loan for at ECU. The salesman-Gary- made me the offer of $4000 on the Mountaineer priced at $4900. I accepted the $4000 offer and put in an application at my credit union. The next day, a representative of Don Hill called to inquire about my loan. I told him ECU said it would be the next day before they got back to me. He chatted a bit then told me they had sold the vehicle. They held a Yukon for a week waiting on the down payment and loan papers previously. A few days for the Mountaineer should not have been a problem. The following week I purchased two other vehicle from two other dealers. I don't recommend Don Hill to any one.
