Crystal Lake Clinic

I would never become a patient at this location. I walked in as the website says "walk ins welcome" I was pretty much spanked while standing there without her even touching me. I was treated like I was a 2 year old as I should know the difference between walk ins taken and walk ins welcome. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was unable to get into my regular doctor and since this Crystal Lake Clinic is so close to home I thought I would do a walk in and then see about becoming a new patient. I was turned away after she took her anger out on me for not knowing better than to walk in. A trained professional in a customer service position would have explained why they couldn't see me and then ask if I would like to become a new patient and set up an appointment to be seen. They might want to take the "welcome" off of their website because that is too nice of a word for their location.
